No. Both our desktop (Windows) and Android POS apps store data locally in SQLite. You can take orders, process payments, print receipts, and run Z-reports completely offline. When connectivity returns, everything syncs automatically with conflict resolution—no manual intervention needed.

Absolutely! Our hierarchical ingredient system supports nested categories, modifier groups, and 'build-your-own' options. Changes made in the admin dashboard propagate instantly to all POS terminals via real-time sync. You can also manage product variants, barcodes, and per-branch menu overrides.

Starter supports 1 location with 1 terminal. Professional supports up to 3 locations with 3 terminals each. Enterprise is unlimited—with per-branch staff permissions, independent menu overrides, and consolidated cross-location analytics.

Desktop POS runs on Windows (Electron). Mobile POS is native iOS and Android with Bluetooth receipt printing and barcode scanning. The admin dashboard is a web app that works in any modern browser. Customer ordering apps are available on iOS and Android.
